Granum Privacy Policy

Overview
Granum is a shot pattern analysis app developed by Saentisoft. We designed Granum with privacy in mind: your data stays on your device, and we do not operate user accounts or cloud services. This policy explains what limited data is collected and why.
Data Stored on Your Device
All shot pattern data, photos, equipment logs, and session history are stored locally on your device in a SQLite database. This data is never transmitted to Saentisoft or any third party. Backups and restores are handled entirely on-device.
Location Data
Granum requests access to your device's location to fetch current weather conditions from a third-party weather service. Your location is sent directly to the weather provider solely to retrieve temperature, humidity, wind, and atmospheric data relevant to your session. Saentisoft does not receive, store, or have access to your location data. You can deny location permission and enter weather conditions manually.
Crash Reporting (Sentry)
Granum uses Sentry to collect crash reports and diagnostic data. When the app encounters an error, Sentry may collect device type, operating system version, app version, and stack trace information. This data is used solely to identify and fix bugs. Sentry does not collect your name, email, photos, shot data, or any personally identifiable information. No Accounts, Ads, or Analytics
Granum does not require user registration or sign-in. We do not serve advertisements or integrate advertising SDKs. Beyond crash reporting through Sentry, no analytics or usage tracking is performed.
Children's Privacy
Granum does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Since the app does not collect personal data from any user, no special provisions are necessary.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the app or for legal reasons. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Granum after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
